Optical illusion

It looks like a VW camper but it is…a tent! You can fit a whole family in. I know my kids would love it, but they would probably even prefer to sleep in the small dog house

(myself in a real VW camper, luxury version – with Haastens mattress, please…)

An invitation to take your time…

August 31, 2011

“Y’a pas le feu au lac” means “no need to rush”. The French expression evokes Lake Leman and the slow approach to life of Swiss people. YPLFL is also a design company based in France. Created by designers around the world, YPLFL products are an invitation to take your time, to contemplate your environment and to share with friends.

Inspired by traditional know-how and current technology, these objects primarily use wood as a poetic, aesthetic and functional vector.

My personal invitation to slow down today and to enjoy the last day of August with your children before crazy back-to-school… (Swiss children are already in class!)
