Fouta? What's a fouta?

A year ago I didn’t know what a fouta was. I just knew that I loved light bathroom towels like the honey comb ones of my Swiss grandmother, or the ones I used in chic hotels and hammam places in Morocco. Today, I have a house full of them, and I use them in every occasion, as home or beach towels, sarong, bed throws, picnic blanket. Foutas are absorbent, lightweight and wash brilliantly. What sweet faces bundled in beautiful towels. I’ve seen these towels before but had always thought they weren’t as absorbent as cotton ones.. They’re certainly more beautiful than plain cotton ones! Beautiful girls Florence..
