The store founded by Christine Wisneau (creator of Small Magazine and eponymous Little Bean children’s label) has been acquired in November 2011 by Bianca Colgin, a passionate designer in love with children’s fashion. Bianca, with the help of Christine who still acts as a consultant, kept the majority of the lines, adding just a few names to the store assortment (Nellystella, Siaomimi, Munster, and Tutu de Monde). Launched in London in early 2009 by Florence Rolando (journalist, co-founder of Bubble Trade Shows) Pirouette Blog has been a reference in the industry since 2009 with its combined business and consumer view of the children’s market.
