Coming from Manhattan, Brooklyn feels like an oasis of creativity and calm. When I moved to New York in 2004,  taxis were reluctant to go take people to Brooklyn. Now it has become a must-visit destination with lots of great restaurants and cool hotels. Since we left New York in 2008, more than two thirds of our friends living in Manhattan have moved to Brooklyn! Here’s a few addresses for you.
