The creations of Mathilde de Turchkeim marry childish innocence and quirky sophistication. Some of the pieces are at the frontier between art, toys, decor and jewelry, which makes them unique and very interesting. This little French brand is surely to be followed closely. When she is not creating for her own line, Mathilde is busy developing ideas for brands such as Agnes B and Anna Sui, and sourcing fabrics and trims all over the place, from Guatemala to Sri Lanka. The collection is available at Pomme, Yoya, Printemps Paris and Zazoubara.
