Designers Anne Kieffer and Arnaud Mouriamé have a passion for wood, and for creating original and simple objects. In 2012 they launched Studio delle Alpi. Their amusing and eco-responsible collection, dedicated to the world of children, caught my eye.
A fresh, fun and colourful approach to objects and furniture, inspired by the designer’s travels, childhood and passions. Products include tables and stools with cheerful shapes, simple lines. The large usage of neon yellow and bright blue create a happy atmosphere and a high dose of good mood to the house.
Studio dell Alpi’s collection is handmade printed in limited quantities with the high-end technique of silkscreen and the colour range\patterns.
A&A (Anne and Arnaud) work and live between Luxembourg and Milan. Their whole collection is made in Italy. For them, memories play a key role in making choices, like the use of plywood, a low-cost material from which the skateboards are made, the “Eames” pattern, the Hot Rod, characters such as Enzo the pull dog which are a nod to both Enzo Ferrari and to Enzo Mari…A rich repertoire that appeals to design lovers of all age.
