Photographer Patricia Lambert was was born in Lima Peru, in a house of artists and musicians. As a little girl she was  hanging around her grandparent’s Art School “German Suarez Vertiz and Maria Teresa Suarez Vertiz”, when she was not standing by her mother, painting on a big Canvas, making a sculpture, or playing Bach on her piano.

Later Patricia went to the Miami School of Visual Arts to study photography and she took a few workshops in NYC. She spent years capturing lives and intimate moments. “Patricia Lambert understands storytelling. Her work is both cinematic and narrative. The images are at once quiet yet humorous, timeless. Her work with children is warm and honest, capturing the individuality of each child. She just let them be ” comments Giselle Turner, Advertising Producer.

A big thank you to Patricia for kindly allowing Pirouette to use her image of the boy with a yellow truck!
