From 29th March to 27th April, Anthropologie London will host an exciting pop up shop targeted to children, full of playful creatures, modern and vintage furniture, home decor, party supplies. A selection by Molly-Meg, from designers she spotted around the world. 

Molly-Meg is a design shop for children, established in 2009 by designer Molly-Meg Price. Molly-Meg scours the globe to source new and interesting designs and specialises in ‘miniature classics’ from the 1950s to the present, showing the best of contemporary design along with vintage classics.

if you’re in London in April, make you you take the kids to one of the weekly workshops. Children will get the chance to create their own masterpieces with the help of designers Carly Gledhill of Corby Tindersticks, Nomi Olsthoorn of Atelier Millepied, Sincerely Louise, Carrie Hill of Porter Colline and Emma Cocker.

The launch party will be on Saturday 29th March, 11am-1pm. Milk Magazine will be the partner for the festivities. Childrens activities will include; Badge making with Dandy Star, Photo booth fun with La Cerise sur Le Gateau, pirates and princess mask and balloon decorating with My Little Day; biscuit decorating with Bee’s Bakery and lots more. With Mother’s Day around the corner, there will also be some things planned for Mums ;-)

Saturday 5th April : 11am – 12 pm, Corby Tindersticks colourful character workshop (ages 4-10 years)

Saturday 12th April : 11am – 12pm, Self Portrait collages with Atelier Millepied (ages 3-5 years) / 12.30 – 1.30pm, Spring rosettes with Atelier Millepied (ages 7 – 11 years)

Wednesday 16th April : 11am – 12pm, Decorate a knitted critter with Sincerely Louise (ages 7-11 years)

Saturday 19th April : 11am – 12pm, Print your own Easter tote bag with Porter Colline (ages 7-11 years)

Saturday 26th April : 11am – 12pm, Making ‘Lord Hare’ trophy head brooches with Emma Cocker (ages 8+) / 12.30 – 1.30pm, Making ‘Mr Fox’ trophy head brooches with Emma Cocker (ages 8+)

All classes cost £5 with proceeds going to charity. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
